Over the last 25 years, LINDAR has grown to become a leader in plastic thermoforming—the process of forming flat plastic into shapes using molds. Now we design, develop, and construct plastic parts, assemblies, and containers of all types and sizes for hundreds of industries worldwide. And they’re all made by our highly skilled team members.

Extrusion Assistant

This position requires working in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in the operations of a new plastic extruder.  Experience in operating a forklift, truck or similar equipment is a plus, but not required. Basic computer skills are necessary. Proven communication, organizational and time management skills are required.

Former Router Operator

This position is responsible for set-up and operation of commercial thermoforming equipment.    If you are able to effectively communicate with other team members, follow company quality policies and procedures, and take pride in creating amazing products, this job is for you.  Three years of experience in manufacturing environment is preferred. Must be able be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Computer skills, good communication skills and time management skills required. Must be forklift certifiable and wear required PPE attire.

Thermoformer Setup Technician

This position is responsible for set up of the roll fed thermoforming machines. Three years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.  You must have mechanical aptitude and be able to communicate effectively with team members and follow company quality policies and procedures.  Previous machine set up knowledge is preferred.
